Outdoor Products specializes in unique, permanent concrete recreational equipment for parks, schools, entertainment venues and home use, to promote healthy physical and social activity for all ages and physical activity levels. Our client focus on design and installation of public facilities, and find us to fabricate this steel frame for park game table. Final design is laying planks upon the steel frame, so the key point is welding many pipes together as a whole. Drawings of this frame are complicated, and it is hard to control the cumulative tolerance of welding between pipes, and also hard to find fix point of the welding. We discussed and decided to make templates to ensure size, then weld. Finally, we delivered qualified steel frame to clients.
